This is pretty much the same as the previous post. This time I used pFlow to scatter the planes...

Crowd pt. 1

Made this in 3d max. I just scattered a few planes with the same video clip assigned as material. Apparently there is a bug in the clip, you can see it twitching.

"Tornado" Update

This is the new and improved version.
I rendered this with the default scanline renderer instead of Mental ray. The rendering time would have increased too much. I used camera motion blur for this and I quite like the result.

More tracking in After Effects

The track is not as perfect as it could be because the footage was too grainy. I shot this in a quite dark hallway with not enough light.
